Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, WhatsApp / phone number, email, delivery address and order details. Payment information is handled directly by our payment partner (Razorpay) and is not stored on our servers.

Sharing your information

We never sell your data. We share limited information with delivery partners and payment processors strictly to fulfil your order.

Data retention

Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your contact records at any time by writing to us.

Google Ads advertising measurement

We use Google Ads (Google) to measure advertising visits and WhatsApp button clicks. Successful pet boarding and pet product enquiry reporting is prepared but remains disabled until the corresponding Google Ads conversion actions are configured. WhatsApp clicks are separate from completed enquiries. Once configured, these measurements may support ad optimization. Google may receive advertising cookie/device identifiers, page information without query strings, event information, and an enquiry reference for duplicate prevention. We do not share enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, payment details, or WhatsApp draft text for customer matching.

In regions requiring consent, advertising is blocked until you accept. When your region cannot be determined, we also ask before loading Google Ads. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement may run without a banner; an explicit rejection or supported Global Privacy Control opt-out blocks it. You can accept, reject, or withdraw through Cookie settings in the footer. Opening settings does not change your choice. Changes apply immediately and across open tabs; previously blocked events are not replayed after acceptance.

Your browser stores a random visitor reference, dated choices, and the notice version and text shown as consent evidence. A withdrawal preserves earlier acceptance evidence but blocks new measurement. These records stay in this browser until its site data is cleared. Google processes advertising data under its Privacy Policy. You can also manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center.
